Returns & Cancellations

We aim to provide, always, an optimum level of service for all Formality Fashion customers. For your peace of mind, orders via our site are covered by a 14-day returns guarantee. This is your statutory right to return products.

Please be aware we only offer credit notes or exchanges. No cash refunds.
You will be able to redeem your exchange or credit note within a 6 month period

If you purchase a product which has been personalised to meet your requirements this does not benefit from the guarantee of this return.

How to return an order

If for any reason you are unhappy with your items and wish to return them, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods to info@formalityfashion.com. Products must be returned with all tags and packaging, unworn and in a resalable condition. Please package your goods and return to:

Please ensure all tracking numbers are emailed to us once the item is returned. If we do not recieve the tracking number of the item, we cannot confirm the status of your return order. 

How to cancel an order?

If for any reason, you want to cancel an order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund (less postage), please let us know by emailing us at info@formalityfashion.com before the period of 14 days from the date your purchase is received has ended. This is the cancellation period you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We will then contact you directly to let you know the correct procedure for returning your purchase.

Faulty/Incorrect goods?

If you receive goods which are faulty or not correct you should notify us without delay.  If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the right to return the goods will be lost.  When you notify us of the faulty or erroneous goods you, please confirm if you wish to receive a refund or replacement of the goods.  Any replacement will depend on whether we have available stocks of the goods to replace them.
